David Fetter
President, CEO
Mr. Fetter is responsible for overall management and strategic direction of the Company. By staying on the cutting edge of the financial and investment industries, Mr. Fetter has driven the Company's creative vision to provide industry expertise consulting and web-based solutions which have, and continue to, facilitate the evolution of these industries. Mr. Fetter's experience includes over 15 years leading all phases of information technology transformation and development projects, which have improved the ability of financial and investment firms to more efficiently and effectively manage their business. Mr. Fetter is highly regarded within the financial and investment industries as a visionary who focuses on providing the highest standards of service and makes his forward looking creative solutions a reality for his clients.
Sheri Facinelli
Executive Vice President
Ms. Facinelli has over 20 years of experience in the brokerage industry including establishing a trading desk for a full service brokerage firm and subsequently managing compliance and operations. She has experience in Electronic Trading Systems and in supervising institutional client services, mutual fund trading, and equity trading. Prior to joining Fetter Logic, Ms. Facinelli was Vice President Trading, General Principal of Trading and Co-Vice President Client Services at Trust Company of America and Vice President Equity Trading at D. E. Frey & Company.
Scott Gillespie
Executive Vice President of Consulting and Relationships
Mr. Gillespie has over 23 years of experience in the securities industry including co-founder of an investment research boutique, President and/or Chief Operating Officer of broker-dealers, investment management firms and trust banks. Mr. Gillespie was a CPA and Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche where he was recruited into the securities industry to join a capital markets firm in Los Angeles as its CFO. Mr. Gillespie earned his MBA from the University of Southern California in Finance and Investments.
Frank Horwich
Senior Vice President
Before joining Fetter Logic, Mr. Horwich spent over twelve years as President of Secutron, a securities industry software company that provided clients with a complete back-office clearing, settlement, reporting, and accounting system. Mr. Horwich was responsible for the design and development of much of the Secutron system. Prior to joining Secutron, Mr. Horwich was a member of the team that designed and developed the Cincinnati Stock Exchange system. Additionally, Mr. Horwich has worked as an independent consultant providing custom application software and data communications solutions for companies such as Bank of America, Citicorp, Gruntal, Sherwood Securities and Mutual of New York.
